Beställningar

Beställningar som placeras under vardagar behandlas vanligtvis inom 24 timmar. Då en beställning registrerats sänds ett bekräftelse e-mail med detaljer om ordern till kunden. Var vänlig och verifiera att den e-mail adress som uppgivits är ackurat.

 

BetalningsmÖjligheter

Våra betalningsmöjligheter inkluderar kreditkort, bank transaktioner och PayPal. Vi accepterar följande kreditkort: Visa, Visa Electron och Master Card.

För att försäkra oss om att betalningarna via Paypal är giltiga, så accepterar vi betalningar endast från verifierade Paypal konton. Ett verifierat konto innebär att PayPals verifieringssystem har bekräftat ägarens identitet, och därmed även kontots säkerhet och pålitlighet. If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Imported Lifestyle Kb will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Våra leveranskostnader och leveranstid finns sammanfattade i denna tabell:

Då en beställning har registrerats kommer den först att behandlas, vilket kan ta upp till 48 timmar. Efter det kommer orderna att skickas iväg med Itella, Finlands post. Leveranskostnaderna beräknas enligt den sammanlagda vikten av alla produkter samt packningsmaterial.

Under högtider ökar leveranstiden med största sannolikhet med några dagar, så beakta detta då du gör en beställning.

 

Retur- och bytespolicy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand if you for some reason want to exchange your items or simply return them for a refund.

If you wish to return or exchange any of the items you have ordered, you may do so by contacting us within two weeks from receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

The items must be in their original condition, i.e. unused, unwashed and with their original packing and tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not assume shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Once we have received the package containing the returns it will be processed within 2-7 days.

It is your responsibility to ensure a safe return of the items. Please be thorough when packaging the items to prevent any damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by careless packaging or the package not reaching its destination. We recommend that you keep all posting receipts in case of loss or damage.

 

SÖndriga eller felaktiga varor

All items are properly inspected before dispatch, but as we all know accidents can sometimes occur.

If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival you need to contact us immediately for further instructions. The item will be replaced including shipping costs. Once we have received the package containing the returns it will be processed within 2-5 working days.

It is your responsibility to ensure a safe return of the items. Please be thorough when packaging the items to prevent any further damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by careless packaging or the package not reaching its destination. We recommend that you keep all posting receipts in case of loss or damage.
