Ordering

Orders made during business days will usually be processed within 48 hours (2 business days). Once the order is registered you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail containing specific details about your order. Please verify that the e-mail address provided is accurate, or you will not receive a confirmation mail.

 

Payment Options

Our payment options include credit cards, bank money transfers and PayPal (verified accounts only). We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and Master Card.

 

Methods of payment (when paying with credit card or bank transfer)

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payments can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Imported Lifestyle Kb will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Shipping and Delivery time

Our shipping costs and delivery time are as follows:

When an order is placed it will be processed, which can take up to 48 hours. After that it will be shipped with Itella, the Postal Service of Finland. Shipping fees for all orders depend on the combined weight and size of the products including packing material used for a specific order.

During holidays deliveries might take a few days longer, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

The exact shipping cost for your order is available only when you proceed to checkout. You can easily make yourself an account, it only takes a couple of minutes. Stickers, nail decorations and most jewelry pieces usually amount to lower shipping costs.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand if you for some reason want to exchange your items or simply return them for a refund.

If you wish to return or exchange any of the items you have ordered, you may do so by contacting us within two weeks from receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

The items must be in their original condition, i.e. unused, unwashed and with their original packing and tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not assume shipping costs for returns or exchanges outside Finland. Once we have received the package containing the returns it will be processed within 2-7 days.

It is your responsibility to ensure a safe return of the items. Please be thorough when packaging the items to prevent any damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by careless packaging or the package not reaching its destination. We recommend that you keep all posting receipts in case of loss or damage.

 

Damaged or faulty items

All items are properly inspected before dispatch, but as we all know accidents can sometimes occur.

If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival you need to contact us immediately for further instructions. Once we have received the package containing the returns it will be processed within 2-5 working days.

It is your responsibility to ensure a safe return of the items. Please be thorough when packaging the items to prevent any further damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by careless packaging or the package not reaching its destination. We recommend that you keep all posting receipts in case of loss or damage.
